Wedding Flowers
Your wedding flowers are the final exquisite touch to your most special day. They should be a beautiful compliment to your
gowns and setting. To enable us to best advise you, we recommend you first selecting your ceremony and reception
locations; securing the date and times. We also recommend you bring a photo of your gown as well as the bridesmaids'
dresses so styles and colors may be coordinated.
We strongly recommend you make an appointment for your initial conference so that your Secret Garden Wedding
Consultant can give you individual attention.
After the initial conference with your Secret Garden Wedding Consultant, and you have made a deposit, you will receive a
copy of your Wedding Flowers Contract, which will specifically outline all products and their prices. You must sign both
copies of the Wedding Flowers Contract to verify that the items and prices are acceptable.
Any and all further changes after the Wedding Flowers Contract has been signed and approved must be made in writing to
your Secret Garden Wedding Consultant. Cost resulting from any of these changes will be debited/credited to the Final Total
Cost of your wedding.
A Secret Garden requires a non-returnable deposit to reserve a specific date and time for your wedding. This non-returnable
deposit will be credited to the Final Total Cost of your wedding.
The Final Balance of your wedding (reflecting the credit of your non-returnable deposit) is to be paid in full at least 15
calendar days prior to the wedding date by cash only.

RESERVATION FEES, DEPOSITS & REFUNDS: Wedding Flowers reservations may be booked up to one year in
advance. Bookings may be placed on a tentative hold for 5 days. Tentative bookings are automatically released after 5
business days unless confirmed. Wedding Flowers reservations are confirmed only when Non-Refundable Security/Booking
deposit is received in conjunction with the Wedding Flowers contract. The required down payment non-refundable security/
booking deposit is $500.00. The non-refundable security/booking deposit secures the date and time for A Secret Garden to
provide your wedding flowers. Your deposit will be applied to the final balance. Sixty days prior to the final payment date,
60% of the balance is due. Thirty days prior to final payment date, 30% of the balance is due. The total outstanding balance
is due payable no less than 15 days prior to your reserved wedding date. Once the final total has been paid, no items may be
deleted from the order. Final payment must be made by CASH or CASHIERS CHECK ONLY. A *refundable damage
deposit must be paid 30 days prior to event. An event can be canceled if payments are not received in the required time
period to event. Checks should be made payable to A Secret Garden Florist. The check face must have the complete name,
address and telephone number of the individual or organization making the payment. Second party checks will not be
accepted. A $25.00 handling fee will be incurred by the Wedding Party/Sponsor for any returned checks. Complete Event
Information must be received at least 30 days prior to the date of event. Refunds are processed at the end of each month for
the refundable damage deposit amount, less any additional charges if applicable. If damages occur beyond the scope of fees
and deposit paid, the Wedding Party/Sponsor is responsible and will be charged to the credit card on file. Please allow 2 to 4
weeks from the end of your event month for refunds.
* a Damage Deposit in the amount of $500.00 is due 30 days prior to your event to be accepted in cash, check or credit
card. Payment will be deposited by A Secret Garden Florist and refunded based on the condition of the rental items
following your event. Any additional charges will be deducted from this deposit.. Damage includes but not limited to
holes, dents and scratches, damage to plants, damage due to candle wax, broken glass, etcetera. At the discretion of the
Wedding Manager, the Damage Deposit may be increased or decreased if it is felt the reservation is of such a nature that
cleaning, replacement, or additional services may or may not be needed.
